After eating kway chap at the Tampines Round Mkt and without 粉肠,I just had to get my hands on the Bedok interchange ones. So, after a gruelling 4h tuition session with 3 kids, I headed straight for lunch with my mum, with my growling stomach and intestines.

Waahh. Look at these braised intestines! YUMM. The gravy was good today, not too salty, and the aunty was very generous with the 粉肠s (although she could have put more gravy too, like the round market's stall).

Kway chap for 2 at $10.60, comprising of 粉肠,lean meat, egg and another type of intestines (I can't recall the name now). We couldn't get enough of the kways so we ordered another small bowl for $0.30.

Of course it's expensive. I think they upped the prices in tandem with inflation. It used to cost around $8++.

It's okay. Prices don't really matter when you are a faithful fan (the servings are large too!) :).

haha.. hmm true that there is less zhap here for the interchange one. i've eaten the opp tj's kway chap too, but the interchange stall's braised intestines really taste btr:) (not as tough, and more flavour). esp the fen changs! yumm.
